Mercuria is the current vice-captain of Vatlantis Imperial Guards. When she was introduced, she was the commander of the "Tigris" or Second squad of Vatlantis Imperial Guards. Sometime after the end of the war against the Deus Ex Machine, she becomes vice-captain of Quantum after Hyakurath's own promotion to captain.
Appearance[]
Mercuria is a beautiful young woman with an athletic build. She has light skin, green eyes and straight orange hair that she lets hang loose except for a tiny ponytail on the side.
Personality[]
Mercuria is the opposite of Hyakurath. She is easy-going but when facing a crisis she can be calm and give reason to her best friend whenever she's in a panic. Mercuria also displays possessiveness when it comes to Hyakurath. She disliked Hida Kizuna due to his ability and often warns him not to approach Hyakurath, even threat him to kill him if do so.
History[]
Mercuria came from a noble family in Vatlantis. Her family is close to Hyakurath and after spending some time together she developed an attachment and admiration to the latter. When she was of age, she displayed no interest in social gathering and Hyakurath even made her realize her life has no direction. Upon the invitation of her best friend, decided to join the Imperial Guards, taking the same path as the person that she admired did. When Hyakurath rose from the ranks and become the captain of the "Leon Squad" she quickly ascended in the hierarchy as well by being appointed captain of the "Tigris Squad".

Skills and Equipment[]
Master Archer: Unlike Hyakurath, who is a skilled melee fighter, Mercuria is an archer. She has superior skills in long-range combat, though she can also fight in close quarters using her bow as a blade. Her skills are competent enough to match Aldia.
Heart Hybrid Gear: Mercuria has an unnamed magic armor. It is equipped with <Arc Drive>
- <Arc Drive> - is Mercuria's signature weapon. It has two forms, being a mechanical gauntlet when not in use and a bow upon activation. It can fire arrows made of pure light that when shot increases its size comparable to a spear and follows its target as if it has consciousness. The strength of its arrows can't be trapped even by superior weapons. Aside from its long-range prowess, Arc Drive can become a double-edged blade so Mercuria can defend herself from close-range combatants.

- Even through she is the vice captain of Vatlantis Imperial Guard, Mercuria described it as her babysitting Hyakurath.
