Aldia Arc is the second story arc of the Masou Gakuen HXH series. This story arc features Aldia, a mysterious woman whose mission is to find a target and invade Guam. The invasion in Guam that is committed by the AU Army results in many deaths of the refugees from that island.

The following AU force's withdrawal from Guam via the Entrance, Ataraxia Technology Research Division arrive and seal the portal. In the battle's aftermath, everyone, especially Hayuru who is delighted to witness Amaterasu's victory that retake Guam within a day. Aine asks Kei about the Entrance and if sealing it would at least keep the AU invaders at bay, to which Kei replies that the product is a mere prototype and reveals the sealing system are actually invented and analyzed at West USA, which prompts Hayuru senses it as a false alarm. However, Kei still finds the AU's mysterious yet advanced technology suspicious as she claims their origins are still unclear despite this strange radio frequency also found in West USA. Hayuru immediately assume that the device is coming from the Andersen Air Force because she recalls somebody is also using it, but Kei's silence only leading to both Aine and Hayuru to conclude that not even she know it's exact origin.
Masters Arrival.
Suddenly, Amaterasu is interrupted by the incoming Masters and meets its leader, Scarlet Fairchild and her comrades. When Scarlet asks for their comrade, and just before Kizuna could even introduce her, Yurisia flies towards the trio while being excited to see her longtime friend again. In an unexpected twist, however, Scarlet isn't pleasant with her current reunion with Yurisia, and she berates her for still being alive instead, much to Amaterasu and even Yurisia's confusion.
